Abang abang lang kayo mga sis may magPPR na bukas lalo na mga eligibility passed na at mga may pre arrival.... . Be positive langsss.

this may seem like a silly question, but if we have received the pre-arrival invite, could we assume there are no issues with our app and everything has passed and can be fairly certain of DM coming soon?

May tanong po sana ako. Un application ko po natransfer po sa London Visa Office nsa Dubai po kasi ako. If ever po ba ok na po un PR, pwede po ba sa Philippines ako manggaling? Kahit ang nag issue ng visa ko sa London Visa Office? Wala po ba magging problema?

Yes ganyan nga nangyari sa amin. Tumawag lang ako sa IRCC ng maraming beses hanggang sa wakas na-resend na sa amin yung message na may attached request letter file. Try mo tumawag then sabihin mo lang kung ano namgyayari sa GC key mo.

Sis I think ganyan talaga yan.. mag-uupdate lang yan pag approved ka na or na stamp na ung visa sa passport mo.

For form 5406 CIC guide says

Write the personal details for:

• Yourself (the person being sponsored),
  • If you are married and you were physically present at the marriage, write “married – physically present” in the marital status box
  • If you are married and you were not physically present at the marriage, write “married – not physically present” in the marital status box. Note that we do not recognize marriages by proxy.
• your spouse or common-law partner, (if this applies to you)
  • If you are married and your spouse was physically present at the marriage, write “married – physically present” in the marital status box
  • If you are married and yourspouse wasn’t physically present at the marriage, write “married – not physically present” in the marital status box. Note that we do not recognize marriages by proxy.

Now the situatiom is we both are married and physically preaent. But in PDF row there is not enough space to write these words.

Anyone who received pre arrival means they are eligible to immigrate in Canada, which means PA eligibility is passed. But it doesnt mean that the process is done, background check still needs to be passed. Also, there are other earlier applicants who are still waiting for their DM and ppr.
