How to submit application, means I can use index page on each section and can i user paperclip or stapler.

I received a letter asking my passport, it says that my sponaor shoukd pay the 490 canadian dollars right? Should he pay it just in Canada? Cause happens that he came to visit me for my birthday and is currently here. Can he pay it here?

Don't use staple machine to bind your documents together but a paper clip or rubber band.It is specified in the instruction guide

how much it take time to get file no. and whole process?

It's an online payment, so he can pay it wherever.

Hi. cant tell you time line but my application was received on 17th Aug and i haven't heard anything from them yet. think they are taking betwwen 1-2 months.
