I am so sorry, I thought it was short for CAD$.
My bad.
Mate I was just making an educated guess, maybe you're right.

... and @Fishal2017, you were right.

I think you dont need the licence for PR application,
Can someone answer these questions?
I have similar doubts as my NOC is 2133(Electronics Engineer) and the job adverts do not have this requirement.
In my view, you can get work under a P.E. ,until you obtain licence .
But a clear answer or a link will be helpful
Never really seen anyone talk about EIT/PE licensing done before. I do know for sure that if you go for SINP, you need to have atleast an EIT as a requirement.
(EIT = Engineer in Training, SINP = Saskatchewan Nominee program)

No bro. from the duties given under "Banking managers perform some or all of the following duties", i cant provide for 3-4. Credit managers section does not belong to me. :(

I think its better to go for 1212.
Very true...operations manager at branch banking suits the role in the other code0122

I would recommend 1212
Thank you my friend. You have been a great help.

I need the reference letters from my superiors right? Does it need to be in a letterhead of the Bank or can they provide a letter notarized? Do i need to take these when i get the ITA?

What about my previous employment references. Since my previous boss is working under me now. Can she provide a letter and get it notarized?

Hello everyone,
Finally done with filling my application, and hence I return to my first love on this forum the ray of hope thread.

Hope everyone is doing great. I have missed two ray of hope threads, the paperwork was killing me. Anyways, I have not gone through the previous ray of hope threads and this one completely, so forgive me if I talk out of context.

As I can see from the last few posts the discussion is abt NOC selection. I was in the same dilemma while creating my profile. What I did was to send a enquiry to cic using their web form, will post a link soon after searching for it. Tell them your duties and they will reply back with what they think is best suited NOC for your duties. I got a reply within couple of days. They'll not select a NOC for you but only suggest. Rest is up to you to decide.

Congratulations to those who have received an ita. For others keep the hope up, the day will come sooner than you expect.

Cheers!

Well friend you are always welcome. This is not me your good karma through me is assisting you.We are just puppets in Gods hands and we are destined to play our part as his wish and desire.

Yep you need to get the ref letters ..start collecting now..don't wait for the ITA.

If possible try to get it on the letter head of the bank. If you cannot get it on the plain paper and get the same notarized like Christy mentioned. In both cases get the employee code , designation and round seal of the bank with the signatures on the ref letters .Also get the visiting cards for the employee giving you the ref.

About your previous employment try to get hold of a friend who still continues to work there and If he / she is just a post higher than your then designation things should work.

Is your previous boss and you in the same company since your last designation?
If yes he/she can do it with mentioning his/her earlier designation which will be again higher to that of yours then.

If you ask for the present ref letter you have to take it from your current boss.

Hope this helps... Feel free to ask if you are still confused.

It might sound a bit naive but should I apply for India PCC as well, I'm already done with upfront medical. Even though I'm yet to receive an ITA.
I also have a similar question but I think I should wait as my score is much lower than yours and the current CRS cutoff..it is 425

They shared to links to search as well. It ended up in vain.

Good day,

Thank you for your interest in the National Occupational Classification (NOC).

The NOC is designed to classify occupational information in the Canadian labour market in a standardized framework and a manageable, understandable and coherent system. The basic principle of classification of the NOC is that of ‘kind of work performed’. Occupations are identified and grouped primarily in terms of the work usually performed, this being determined by the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the occupation. An occupation is defined as a collection of jobs, sufficiently similar in work performed to be grouped under a common label for classification purposes. A job, in turn, encompasses all the tasks carried out by a particular worker to complete their duties.

In order for you to confirm and validate how closely a NOC code matches your occupation, you must refer to the NOC profiles in question and review the main duties and employment requirements to assess which one accurately represents your occupation. Other information within the NOC profile should also be assessed such as example titles, additional information, and classified elsewhere sections.

Based on the information you have provided in your enquiry, NOC code 4021 College and other vocational instructors may be most appropriate (based on the employment requirements of NOC code 4011 University professors and lecturers).

When determining your NOC code, even though the job title and the employment requirements are important, emphasis is placed on the main duties. We encourage you to choose the NOC code that corresponds to the education and experience required by your employer as well as to the majority of your main duties.

Please note that the final decision for selecting the most appropriate NOC code is each individual's responsibility as you would be best positioned to identify the education requirements as well as the skills and abilities. Our role is only to provide guidance and support in your NOC search and it is not within our mandate to determine and confirm NOC code selections.

We hope this information is helpful. Thank you for contacting the NOC unit and have a nice day.

What's your NOC code? You might want to consider Nova Scotia and New Brunswick as well:
https://novascotiaimmigration.com/move-here/nova-scotia-demand-express-entry/

New Brunswick is taking workers in the NOC codes listed here
http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating/content/HowToImmigrate/NBProvincialNomineeProgram.html
who have also attended an info session.
There are info sessions coming up listed here. Unfortunately for me, there are none in the US, but they seem to be adding more sessions:

any application fee for this? I

My immediate supervisor does not have a visiting card i think. But his boss has. Which i can get the reference letter too.

In my previous employer, i was actually the highest person designation wise under my previous boss. The super boss of him, is my current immediate boss.

Yes, me and my previous boss is in the same company. But now he works under me. I might be able to ask him to give a reference now given his earlier employment details.
