Landed July 23rd.
Today CIC online PR card application's additional docs turned into being reviewed.
It seems to get closer to the end!

When did you call them? After how many days of landing?

I called them on Tuesday afternoon. It was the 56th day after landing (I landed on July 19th).

Wow.. so they are not contacting the applicants themselves for new photos. I landed on aug 7, called them yesterday and they said so far things look good.

That's exactly my case. I only found out they needed new pictures after calling them. I sent to that
address too, they should arrive tomorrow.

Did you get this address from an agent? Are you sure it can be used?

So sad I called them only after 3 months. Landed 25th June. Would advise anyone to call after the 61 days and not to wait further.

My husband got the email for photo request twice with his name. But pretty sure the 2nd time was supposed to be mine. The dates correspond to what the agent said.

Weirdest part is that on the linked account it says "the addidional documents you provided are being reviewed". I never sent any!!

My spouse sent new photos and it was received on Aug 28. Still waiting for an update. Status remains Submitted.

Thanks for the info. I think it's roughly 2 more months wait after receiving the photo request. Patience is really a virtue here and there's nothing more we can do but wait.
