I landed in Toronto on July 17.

I can see on my CIC account "your application was approved". I landed on July 22nd. How long does it take for them to dispatch the card after the final decision status comes through?

That's exactly my case. I only found out they needed new pictures after calling them. I sent to that address too, they should arrive tomorrow.
