Does anybody know when they ask for new photos? Any idea what could be wrong with photos? I am afraid that I wrote my name on both photos and that too with some force and as a result the name imprint was visible in the front side I think they will ask me for new photos and hence will further delay the PR card

No worries. I got my PR card even if I wrote my name on both photos. Still waiting for my spouse's PR card though. It could have been the diameter or specs error of the photos.

Guys i am New to this thread, As i have received my COPR recently. was reading through the forum. just wanted to understand, does CIC ask for new photo irrespective for PR card or they take Photo from the COPR ?

If you have taken your photo correctly according to their specification then you don't need to worry about. CIC will take photo from your CoPR for initial PR card. If there is any issue with the foto, CIC might ask for new ones.

Just spoke to call centre agent and he told me I could receive my pr card by 28 September but I will be traveling to my home country on 25 th September.I landed on July 18.
Guys what do you think?Does it take that long?Is there any expedite the process?

No way, all this time, they are approving 15th July already so theoretically we should be within this week !

Spouse's card approved on Sept 11th.. Principal Applicant still not approved.
Landed on July 16th

I hope your application could be approved by today or tomorrow and what I have seen in this thread no body application processing time is crossed also.

Came back to my home country: 28 Jun
Applied for PRTD: 13 July
PRTD stamped: 27 July
Used web form for updating of address for PR card delivery: Twice
PR card dispatched: 14 August

However, what has happened is that my PR card has been dispatched to the hotel address where I was staying initially. This address I had given in the PRTD application form, not sure why they picked this address for PR card delivery.

Had tried updating address via link 'https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=coanotify', however my details were never found. As my details were not found, twice filled the web form for updating of address. However, as we do not get any confirmation was not sure whether address was updated or not.
Also, status of my card in CIC account is still 'Submitted'.
As of now the card has not reached the hotel address(two days back)
Can anyone tell me about a reliable courier service(in Saskatoon) who can pick and deliver the card for me.

I did my Landing process on April 20 and came to home country on June last week(Before receiving PR card) due to family emergency.

Could you please let me know what are all the supporting documents you have submitted to get the PRTD.
