Just to let everyone know, on September 1st, I submitted an Access to Information Act request for Operational Bulletin 570, which seems to be the non-public O.B. that has diverted us to the Mississauga route.

We'll see if I get it... I guess they have 22 more days.

How do you know this is related? I hope it's a super highway to fast PRs

Then at least we have something in common, but im still worried why they haven't request the police certificate? Coz some people say it's included in The request for Schedule A. But the request for my husband is only the Schedule A imm5669 and after wards they ask for the medical request. Does anyone knows what will be the next thing to do?

I guess for me they not requesting the PCC has been good as FBI takes 4 months and I did not request it as early as I should have...

We're all considering it as such, but it's a new process: none of us know what's going to happen. Will CPCM start issuing visas and PRs? Nobody knows. Maybe they will still send them to a VO, but in a completed state where the VO just rubberstamps approvals.

We might have more info once a CPC-M app gets completed or we get a copy of OB570.

Thanks I just wondered if I should put that date on the google doc. I was under the impression that AOR2 was sent to sponsored person and would also imply a change in ECAS.

I think most of us have been putting it under AOR2 as well. Maybe we'll need an AOR3...
I got the CPC-M AOR2 email too, but no change in ECAS.

My app was transferred back to cpc missisauga on July 17th. I have never received an email stating this though like some people. Or as some call it "aor3". September 29 will be 6 month mark for me. I almost feel like my app has been lost lol. The only way I found out it transferred back to Mississauga was from my MP and my gcms notes. Hopefully my new notes on September 25 (hopefully) will show some movement.

We were transferred back to Mississauga as well without notification. We only found out when we tried to contact CPC-Ottawa. Our background check has been 'in progress' since mid-June and haven't seen any movement on ECAS since then. September 23rd will be our 6-month mark, and I'm hoping the same - that we see some progression soon.

You should be careful about requesting many ATIPs. They make the whole system slow down...
