Hi can anyone tell me that while my Canada PR file is in process can I apply for visitor visa and see my husband there?

I am an Indian citizen and was wondering if I can apply for a visitor visa and go and surprise my husband on his bday

Yes - you can apply for a visitor visa. Because you have applied for PR and have a Canadian spouse, there's a good chance it will be refused because CIC will have concerns you plan to use it to move to Canada. However you can certainly try. Some are successful in being approved.

Okay thank you , I think I'll prefer the wait for my file to open rather then a visit visa
