Got rejected for missing a US police certificate. Denied a bridging visa too.

If I get an acknowledgement of receipt after applying again, can I work until a decision is made?

Also going to have to apply for restoration of status as I have lost my temporary resident status, after I apply for this can I still work or do I have to wait until a decision is made?

Thanks

Hopefully you've already stopped working since you can't be working while out of status.

Applying for EE doesn't allow you to work.

You'll have to wait until you are a PR before you'll be able to start working again (not decision made - you'll need to wait until you have landed and become a PR before you'll be able to start working again).

So it looks like I'll have to go back to England and apply from outside the country for PR and when it's all finalized then I can work?

Is that the quickest route back to workers status?

Thanks so much for this BTW

Yes - that's probably best. This will allow you to apply for PR immediately (assuming you've got ITA) and also work. Make sure you wait and don't submit the PR application until you are back in the UK.
