If you have friend/relatives, u can easily rent a house in Toronto, without much formalities.
Usually landlords ask for advance rent for 6 months & some identification document, credit score, which may be complicated.
Some may ask you for executing a 12 month lease agreement.

My suggestion is to find a place for 1-2 months, with help of friends/relatives in Canada. Then find a place on your own & move there.

If that fails try to find a Bangladeshi landlord, who rents rooms on a monthly payment basis, (without advance or just 1 months advance). There are some Bangladeshi ppl landlords, who welcome newcomer families.

Thank you so much for the info. Just another small query, can I rent a house in Canada sitting from Bangladesh via online? Or do I need to have the landing papers, SIN to rent an accommodation in Toronto? Please advise.
