Feeling ko sure na this month ang ppr. Sana ibigay na satin lalo na december applicant tau.. Sobrang tagal na ang paghihintay hehe

Nope, not true! An applicant has rights to know the status of their application, they wouldnt implement this access if it will cause delays on applications. And these notes are, for sure, saved in cic's database for easy access in between the visa offices.

Malaking misconception yan about sa notes. Ang makukulit e yung nag iinquire through email despite knowing na 12 months ang standard processing time.

Paid feature ang pag request ng notes. They get revenue sa mga applicants whenever they ask for notes kaya I personally think it's very illogical na they will take it against the applicant pag paulit ulit nag request ng notes.

correct. and if you check the user id of the person who executed the ATIP notes, the same user ID does not appear in any GCMS notes from MVO that i have seen so far. i wouldn't know about other VOs but it looks like the person processing gcms notes requests are from Canada.

Same here. Our notes was generated by a different officer, and not the officer assigned in mvo. It was generated and sent EST time, which obviously means from cpc-m.
