Visa refusal. Need some information.

My visa got rejected for undergrad for CS. I was accepted to University of Waterloo. My first question is that my friends got their visas and they had no travel history. I don't have too and this was one of the reasons. Can someone tell what can i write in my sop to justify this? Like my father was never fond of travelling and he didn't allow me to go with someone else. What should i do in this case? My second question is, I have given british o/alevels. I had A in Olevels English, got 670 in SAT 1 English section. Total score of 1390. And my principal also wrote a letter that i am proficient in english Language. I am giving my IELTS this time but is there anything else I can do to make sure this doesn't happen again? Like my friends didn't give ielts and had less SAT score and Bs in English Olevel and still got their visas. I need some guidance here.

Did your acceptance letter had any condition? And you should have mentioned in your SOP on how you met the universitys English language requirements.

Yes they had. To get 1 A in Alevels maths and 2 Bs in any other subject and i have met those conditions and UWaterloo has issued me an unconditional letter of acceptance so i will be uploading that now.

Btw I never gave ielts and they didn't say anything in their rejection on English language tests.

They used the usual reasons
Family ties
Travel history
And finance because I didn't maintain my required money for 4 months maybe

Yes i know. Several of my friends got their visas with Low SAT scores and lower Olevels Grade in English Language.

Upload your O level and A level results too this time and don't give the impression in your SOP that you might want to stay in Canada. Even though you might but just to get your visa say you'll join your relatives business or something that will convince them you'll return.

I did uploaded my olevels and told them that we have a family business here and will return. My friend got his visa refused in ten days due to family ties. He reapplied on May 1st without changing a single thing. His visa got approved this time. He got accepted to SFU.

That's totally absurd, I mean it's like they want our money. Why did they refuse him in the first place. I am so pissed off from this whole system. Tarnished Canadas image as welcoming and friendly.

Yeah I know. Hopefully they'll approve this time. How much scholarship did they give you?

Yes HOPEFULLY and $6,000

Did they deduct this amount when you paid the tuition fee? Like did you pay 38000 cad and 6000 cad was scholarship?

No scholarships are not applied on fees before September 1. My total fee was $44000, I payed $6000 less and attached my scholarship letter with it and the email UBC send me that they'll apply my scholarship in late August. When I was finally given I used the IRCC webform to send the final letter of acceptance of scholarship.
