just now noticed status changed for "Additional doc: No documents required" from "Additional doc: your additional doc u provided are being reviewed". Background check has been "Not Applicable" till date. Did not get an email for change in status for Additional doc.

Not sure what will be next update.

My estimates are based on our what's app group of people with files transferred to NDVO lately. it's just personal observation. Nowhere I have mentioned or said that my estimates are based on general data which actually no one possess apart from IRCC. Considering the limited sample size of applicant on forum/tracker only personal observation can be made.

Good observation. Based on my observation of this forum I can say 75% people get PPR after 145-165 days and the remaining 25% disappear without getting anything!

How do you know the security check is not a long process?

Hey,

What I meant was that normal security check is not a long process. Normal security check is for applicants with no travel to high risk countries or not a resident / national of high risk countries or in simple terms, no red flag on their initial security review. However, if you have some connection whatsoever with high risk countries than your security check is complicated which in CIC terms is called Additional Security Screening / Additional security verifications. There is no timeline set by CIC for additional security screening. I have seen applicants with more than 1 year stuck in additional security screening.
