Whattttt?I cannot apply for sinp EE as my agent told me that that specific OID is not available in SINP EE.
What if i want to apply under SINP OID only but under a different oid by editing the category under which i've already applied.
Don't disturb yourself on the issue of different NOC, I think what is important is job description but job titles. This is my opinion, depending on the countries, there are cases of same job titles but different job roles while also different NOC but same job functions. It is left for the officers to decide, they might end up counting 6 years for you as the total no of years of experience. Above all, count on God. All the besti mentioned 4 years exp as civil engineering technologist and 2 years as civil engineer in OID and my intended occupation is civil engineering technologist . so will they deduct my experience points or they will consider as 6 years as both noc have almost same responsibilities. .. can any body guide
Why don't you apply for NSNP? Your NOC 2131 is in their list and Non-regulated. (Note :- They have only EE based program. First, You have to create an EE profile with IRCC.)Dears, Pl. need clarification on this topic.
As per graduate engineer my NOC is 2131(CE), which requires the regulatory licence, which took almost a year to complete process including ECA. Another OID matching to my profession is 2231, Civil engineering technologist which requires no licence or ECA,
Can I submit the SINP-OID application under this category, would my application will still be accepted, as under education my qualifications are BEng not diploma.
appreciate your replies.
Thanks, Ashu, I would check this category. Why don't you apply for NSNP? Your NOC 2131 is in their list and Non-regulated. (Note :- They have only EE based program. First, You have to create an EE profile with IRCC.)
the Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) in early May, with the highly popular Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry stream welcoming applications for the first time since 2015.
This stream contains two categories, one of which does not require a candidate to have a job offer. For this category (Category B), candidates must have at least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in the last six years in one of the 16 ‘opportunity’ occupations considered by Nova Scotia.
