FBI PCC request: GCKey is asking to input Expiry date (not mentioned on PCC)

Hi guys,

I received the FBI PCC request today and while uploading the PCC, it not only asks me to upload the PCC, but also asks me the following:

-Document name
-Document number
-Country of issue
-Issue date
-Expiry date <<<<<<<<< I don't know what to put there, as it's not mentioned on the PCC

Any suggestions? There's a dropbox so I have to put a date...

-Country of issue: USA
-Issue date: Aug/8/207
-Expiry date : ??? (Don't know ??)

-Expiry date : ??? (Don't know ??)

I was in this same situation recently so I emailed and called the FBI who said that they only give a'Printed On' date and any expiration date I'd have to calculate myself based on the requirements of the entity that I'm submitting it to. Had my agent call CIC to find out what to do, and they indicated that they want it to be valid for a year. So I calculated a year from the 'Printed On' date on the FBI PCC and used that as the expiration date. Couldn't think of any other option anyhow so hopefully that works. Here is the response I got from the FBI:

"On your report, there is a date that shows when the report was printed. We do not place an expiration date on reports. The organization that you are turning the report in to, will need to tell you the amount of time the report is good for before they require a new one to be completed in their specified time frame. (Example: they may say the report is good for 90 days, etc.) Thank You"
