If you have less than 67 points that's the reason your profile is ineligible.

it says if you are not eligible you still can apply for PNP ) provincial nominee program . but the issue is that the application for this PNP required the ID from the EE which i can't get if i am not qualified

2 - The fact that your spouse won't take the IETLS.

I suggest you get someone with some experience to take a look at what you filled. As James rightly said clb 7 is ielts 6 so as per ielts you should not be ineligible. If you put 50000 then that too should not be a problem. A fresh pair if experienced eyes may fish out the problem. Best of luck.

You get 18 Federal Skilled Worker eligibility points for your language test results (Someone, please correct me if my calculation is wrong).

SPEAKING: IELTS Score: 8 - CLB equivalent: 11 - Federal Skilled Worker Eligibility Points: 6
LISTENING: IELTS Score: 6.5 - CLB equivalent: 7 - Federal Skilled Worker Eligibility Points: 4
WRITING: IELTS Score: 6 - CLB equivalent: 7 - Federal Skilled Worker Eligibility Points: 4
READING: IELTS Score: 6 - CLB equivalent: 7 - Federal Skilled Worker Eligibility Points: 4
