Can someone please help me to know if the Academic Records Request Form is mandatory to be submitted along with the degree certificates to WES for evaluation?

No. It is not mandatory to include in the envelope. But Don't miss to write your WES reference number on the envelope.

It is not mandatory but it is good to have. Especially if you are sending documents from colleges that Wes does not have listed, then it adds credibility if u send the form along signed by the college representatives. (Personal experience)
