I might have missed something in your conversation chain, but what if they don't send you an 'request for additional documents' asking you to upload it though? What if you get one of the Immigration Officers who just rejects your application rather than giving you a chance to correct the situation?I thought about waiting for them to ask me to upload it and give me 30 days, and then if it doesn't come by the end of the 30 days to upload a CSE requesting an extension, what do you guys think?
no idea, I hope he won't...from what I know it's not a reason for rejectionI might have missed something in your conversation chain, but what if they don't send you an 'request for additional documents' asking you to upload it though? Very high chances of being rejected unless you get a very lucky visa officer. Don't act smart and try and fool the system. Upload the CSE immediately and hope for the best.no idea, I hope he won't...from what I know it's not a reason for rejection
Its actually a ground for rejection. Infact applications are rejected for incompleteness at the CIO level meaning it may not even get to a VO who can request for additional documentsno idea, I hope he won't...from what I know it's not a reason for rejection
Well just in case I consulted with a licensed immigration consultant, and she she says it's a rather new directive (the 6 months add up thing) so they won't reject and just ask me to upload it.Its actually a ground for rejection. Oh well, upto you. Let us know how it goes.Well just in case I consulted with a licensed immigration consultant, and she she says it's a rather new directive (the 6 months add up thing) so they won't reject and just ask me to upload it.
I hope she's right...
It will also invalidate the PCC. Even you transit through US, you need to go through CBP. Technically you entered US.My application was delivered to FBI on 15th June but credit card was charged yesterday.
I understand that FBI PCC becomes invalid if I enter US after receiving it. How about a layover at one of the airports while traveling to another country?
Thank you andyding13.It will also invalidate the PCC. Even you transit through US, you need to go through CBP. Technically you entered US.
