Crap.

Another draw with increasing CRS and spots taken by people who are never ready with their documents.

Wasting valuable ITAs and my youth, if there is any youth left in me. ITAs all taken by spoon-fed babies who never do any research let alone read instructions.

Crap.

How about I win the 649 lottery, proceed to QIIP, then come back and tell everyone be hopeful?

investor program doesn't require so much...$800k...that too if u get $200k banks will finance rest @ total cost of 36k for 5 years (need to recheck that number )..
whichever suits u :)
or like everyone else be patient and stop cursing others and wait for ur turn

I don't see everyone being patient.
I only see a few being patient and nice and sincere.

I see a lot of "My score is 440+ what is my chance".
I see a lot of "I declined ITA and re-entered the pool".
I see a lot of "how do I get gift deed when I don't have enough"

Hi Every one
Need suggestions from the seniors.
Im the principle applicant age 38 applying with spouse. self double bachelor and wife is bachelor (as per ECA). Presently At CRS 416 (missed ITA chance due to delayed IELTS 13th May exam result). Birthday on 1st Sep. In our latest attempts I and my wife have obtained CLB 9 AND CLB 7 respectively.
1) In order to proactively pursue more points should we both give another IELTS try considering 5 points reduction on 1st Sep (if some miraculous draw (s) does not happens by that time)
2) which IELTS attempt out of multiple attempts will be considered "the best" or "the latest"
Seniors pls. Guide.

Well, I'm no expert, but with all the nominations coming from Sask, it's not a drastic increase, however, I think this norm is gonna last maybe until the beginning of 2018 and then hopefully the number of monthly ITAs will increase.
Don't lose the hope people, best of luck to everyone and congratulations to this draw's winners!

I have feeling that we won't reach 100 pages of this ROH 71, coz there would probably be a draw I guess. September to December would be last chance for CIC agents to get the target established for 2017, friends let give them an opportunity :D
The ultimate wish is now to wait the target for 2018 and hope they will announce (likely in October) at least 100.000 applicants for EE only ;):)

Good luck to everyone and may a nice surprise come true very soon!

yes there are ppl who have rushed in like historical Goldrush...
ur turn is just a few draws away...I'm sure by now u have ur docs organised....
another good thing as pointed out by bill, the eAPRs post Aug will have a shorter TAT target...may be u will get RPR even before those who got ita in 67/68 draws...
---
there are ppl who like to be spoon fed...that's probably 10%...and declining ita is so bad...
but stay happy and hopeful...the ita and more is coming ur way...
also go ahead with that lotto ...who knows ,U'll hit ur luck with that :)

1. You should try ielts, especially for the CLB 7 one
2. You can use any ielts result (older or newer) as long as its valid and not expired.
Thirdly try swapping principal applicants especially after ielts retest for CLB7. You might end up with a better score.
