The decision of you getting an invitation has to go trough me.:D

Show me you're funny, hopeful and helpful to others and you're in! ;)
That's a tough nut to crack then :)

I am decently helpful in this forum, the mere presence of writing it here on "ray of hope" shows me , am hopeful.
As far as being funny, am skeptical about it . Though am very bad in "rhyming with words" and introverted by nature I can safely assume myself, am bit funny when synced with people :D.

Hi All,
Could you please help me with a query regarding my reference letter.
I am working for company on contract. My salary is issued by my contractor(Company A) but I sit and work in Company B. So in this situation whom should I approach for a letter of reference.
Going through the same thing myself on a company I worked for in the past. I went straight to my former manager in Company B and asked for his signature but he did not feel comfortable since the letter wasn't mentioning that I was outsourced by Company A. So what I did was that I wrote in my letter that I was hired by Company A to work for Company B and left a space for signatures from both companies.

Guys a job offer with a work permit in Montreal adds value to EE ? What I have read through is Quebec falls in another domain itself and doesn't affects CRS and neither the EE profile.
Can anyone help understand would accepting a job offer in Quebec affects EE profile and PR processing ?

I have published a detailed thread here:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/finally-done-with-documentation-am-i-missing-something.509966

Near the bottom of the page, you can see the templates of the Employment Proof and Gift Deed I used while preparing the e-APR documents.
You can get some idea of the content from there.

Dear Harry,

I cannot thank you enough for sharing the link, thanks a lot buddy and wishing you the fastest flight to PPR :) Take care

It's better to check with PM to be sure.

There's nothing against it in the official website, but it would be weird for them to accept an offer from Quebec:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

A job offer DOES speed your CSQ processing though.

That's right. There is nothing mentioned on official website. I'm in same boat as him. I have full time permanent job offer from an employer in Montreal and they are pursuing LMIA and CAQ on my behalf. Since, LMIA is issued by service Canada, I believe one can claim points against it. However, EE is only for those applicants who intend to stay anywhere but Quebec. I'm not sure what to do in this case.

At my CRS, even if I receive ITA in couple of draws, I'm not sure if I should accept it or decline and pursue QSW route. :(

@AlliBatista the mention of "EE is only for those applicants who intend to stay anywhere except Quebec" is what causing the confusion and the dilemma. Not sure if they(CIC Canada) will consider as Quebec has its own PR system and to score more in that you would require job offer of Quebec. Also, like I understand a job offer of Toronto based company won't help in Quebec PR (Considering fulfillment of rest conditions of French test etc.)... Not sure of the procedure and the point system of Calculation....

Moreover what I have learnt from the consultant in Montreal, if you have a Canada PR, the path gets a bit easy to enter Montreal as for Quebec you would require some certificate to work in Quebec... Not much hassles of LMIA or WP... Correct me if am wrong...

I would like to share my thoughts on patience :)) For the first time I learned about it while growing out my first beard, took me whole 6 months. Then waiting for the ECA results made me even stronger in this field of science. Preparing and retaking IELTS for 3 times also added on the previous experiences. And now as the last point in this journey of patience - FBI is playing a key role and is killing me with the 16 week waiting time for a paper stating that I'm not a criminal :) Good most of the time has passed already though. Immigration definitely teaches you how to be patient :)) That's why Canadians are always smiling and happy :) They've all reached the highest level of nirvana :)

That's right. You need CAQ before you start studying/working in Montreal.
