and at the same time apply for Btech transcript from current university .

Hi I cant do that. We cannot get his Btech evaluated due to following reasons.

1. Universities are in bhopal, very far and no one to help. I tried online ways which are not available insteadwe have to go there and do

Next as I said he lost rai University affiliation and some how managed to get rest from rajeev ghandhi that time, so we are not sure if rai will give those attested.

No , u have to pay only one time . It is combined evaluation for masters .
Last month I did same for my masters . I submitted my both transcripts because my masters after three years bachelor's .
