I was not privileged enough to meet him earlier but he certainly has a reputation. I believe the Yukon party was his idea. Anyone who thinks about parties in that scale is someone I need to meet.

I am just new to this group .My CRS score just updated to 427(IELTS - 7 7 7 7.5) after two year experience in NOC 2281 . Do you think I still have a chance before this year quota gets filled up ?

Guys a job offer with a work permit in Montreal adds value to EE ? What I have read through is Quebec falls in another domain itself and doesn't affects CRS and neither the EE profile.
Can anyone help understand would accepting a job offer in Quebec affects EE profile and PR processing ?

Eagerly awaiting NOI from Ontario, as Friday dawned here. Lessons in life, learnt the hard way. Ontario PNP is a bird in hand, and a direct ITA, two in the bush. Not repeating the mistake again.

now you are talking.... and congrates that you got CLB 9 in first attempt, that was immensely surprising, however you need to do great work with your analysis skill too no offence buddy take it easy

If we have regular bi-weekly draws with ~3000 ITA's, we will see scores declining at the rate of 4 to 5 points. We will see scores less than 420 from October!

DETAILS - In two weeks,
There are 125+ people having more than 600 points entering the pool. If we have a variance of 25 the higher side we will have 150 ITA's. This mostly depends on the provincial nominations that are issued.
Nearly 500 people join or improve their score to the range of 450-500
250-300 joins or improves score to the range of 441-450
~500 people joins or improves to the range of 431-440
~400 people joins or improves to the range of 421-430

In the last draw, it cleaned up people who scored more than 433. My ball park estimates for forthcoming draws are
428+-2 on 23 Aug
425+-2 on 6 Sep
422+-2 on 27 Sep
* Number depends on bi-weekly draws with count ~3000

My current csr is 367. I got L7.5 R8 S&W 7 in the 1st attempt. If I get the CLB 9, I can go up to 410- 415. I thought of getting a student visa for a post grad and apply later on for the PR where I get additional 30. And some possibility of getting additional Points for Canadian work.

Pls advise me whether to do the IELTs again and hope for the best that the score will drop down or to go there as a student?

you are very close with your IELTS i think you should try again and i m pretty sure that this time you will get it, however 2nd option will always be there, but if you will reach to 420 with CLB 9 then, you will have good chance to get ITA, going on student visa requires huge investment, my opinion if money is not an issue for you then that will be the fastest way to reach canada and in any case most of us will have to go to college or uni there in order to gain canadian degree

Friends , Our IELTS scheduled on 9th Sep, in my case wife is principal applicant, we need to target S 7,L 8,w 7, R 7.even i am writing test along with her ,If we are able get tht score , our CRS score will be around 433. need your advise to achieve this.
