Here I am talking about Name in Native Language, which is not mandatory.
Can I submit corrections reference letter from my current employer if I think the one I submitted before will may creat some confusion or misunderstanding for OINP examining officer.

It is. You can link yours to online once you create an account at CIC website and provide them the specific information regarding your application. It is like extending or applying a visa online.So... is there a possibility to shadow your PR paper based online?

Yeap. If you have created it before to apply for the visa or that kind of things, you can still check the previous application status on your account. As well, you can login with your bank information

Based on the Application Guide,
For all other changes, you must complete the Change of Personal Information form.
This form must also be used to a request a correction of a data entry error (i.e. spelling mistake) in your name or your date of birth made while registering. Note: The program will not accept requests for complete name or date of birth changes.
Once the form is completed, you must send it by email as an attachment to ontarionominee@ontario.ca indicating in the subject line "Application Change Notice – [File number]". If you are requesting a correction to your name or date of birth, please also include the personal details page of your passport to validate your request.
You can re-submit it including the request form on 19 page in the Application Guide.
