HiHi guys,
I have an urgent matter and would appreciate to tell me what is best thing to do.
1) I forgot to upload the ECA report as it is not requested clearly in the documents checklist and it doesn't have a specific screen, so I thought it is not needed for now specially I already have an EE profile which is mandatory to open it..
2) Settlement plan I did it on my own words, didn't know about the living in Canada tool.
3) POF, I have attached 6 months statement but there were many transactions deposits and withdraws and the amount of course sometimes goes below the required amount for the family members.
Please Please any body advise how should I deal with these issues.
Thank you for support.
HiYou will need to maintain the 67 points to be eligible to maintain your EE profile, which is required in order for you to obtain the nomination under SINP EE. The 67 points is an 'entry to express entry', and from there you accumulate the points in the CRS system. Without the 67 points, your EE profile would be invalidated, and a nomination under the SINP EE cannot be obtained, since an active EE profile is a prerequisite to the SINP EE.
However, if the SINP approves before the 26th August deadline for you, and the IRCC performs a draw after that, but before the 26th August deadline, then you should receive an ITA, and you can proceed from there.
An alternative should the EE expire because of the points is the SINP OID, which does not require an express entry profile. As long as you have experience in one of the then-In Demand occupations when it opens up, and you have the 60 points on their grid, you would be eligible to apply and, if you receive the nomination, you will apply through the paper application that you will mail to the Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, as in the pre-Express Entry era. This process will take longer, but may be viable in your situation.
The paper application applies only to the Occupation In Demand subcategory. It is identical to the EE subcategory except for the requirement that one have an EE profile. It is the EE profile that will be updated under the EE subcategory once you are approved. If nominated under the OID, you will receive instructions on how to apply, and your application must be sent to the central intake office in Nova Scotia.Hi
are you sure its papre based application post SINP approval ?
I thought, post SINP approval, SINP will send you step by step instructions how to apply in IRCC online.
Feel free to correct me
There is no telling how long it will take, even if there are no requests. I would think that, as time goes by, the chances are less and less likely that the application would be refused because of missing documents. I would think that they check this right away, but I could be wrong. Many thanks for the detailed response. My application as at today is "in process" Does that mean I could get nominated this month if no ADR request. can nomination be gotten within a month ? Please share experience. My next next IELTS exam aimed at boosting my point is 19th August and result will not be out till 6th September.
The 60 points is for the Saskatchewan grid, which differs somewhat from the EE grid. The EE grid requires the 67 points. So, one must have 67 points to be eligible for EE, while the 60 points is for eligibility to apply to the SINP. As per this link, there is only minimum 60 points required.
Hello all, further to previous discussion my new WES evaluation gave me 1 year post graduate diploma in addition to my previous 3 year programme I submitted with EE profile. Can some one tell me how to update this certificate in my EE profile. I need this additional point to maintain 67points because my birthday will reduce my score to 66 next week. I can't see post graduate certificate in options. Many thanks for the detailed response.
