1. We received XXX's application for permanent residence on June 1, 2017.
2. We started processing XXX's application on August 7, 2017.
3. Medical results have been received.

And we received an email on August 8 from NDVO... So you should have received as well.. I mean your PA should have received... Check Junk Folder which you may already have checked...!!

Does background and security start after this?

People who have already submitted Schedule A. I have a question. Do we need to fill the UCI(sponser UCI) and application number (PA application number) based on the AOR1?

Since then, neither myself (Sponsor) or my husband have received any emails (him on July 31 and myself on Aug 1), nothing on GC key either. I just realized as I was reading through this thread that I could check ECAS with my info, before I was just checking with the PA's info. When I go under my ECAS and under the Sponsorship application status it says : Decision Made, and if I click it, it says:

1. We received your application to sponsor ********** on June 30, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 1, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on July 31, 2017.

We haven't received our Medical request yet, but we did send the PA's PCC and Schedule A with the application originally. Does decision made mean SA should happen anytime?

Also, are they going to request medical before or after AOR 2? Sorry if this has been asked before!

Yes based on the AOR1. but for UCI - use PA's UCI, not sponsor's. You should be able to find it in your linked application or even in the Sch A and PCC request letter office sent.

and yes, use PA's application number. The whole Sch A and PCC is only for PA and their dependents (if applicable). Hope this helps

Same thing happened with us. It said "decision made" with same 3 lines. I (sponsor) received an email about 2-3 days after with the Sponsor Approval letter stating that I am approved to sponsor my husband. You should receive it soon. Watch out for an e-mail.

We received Sch A and PCC request as soon as we linked our application online.

And received Medical Request 2 days before I received my Sponsor Approval e-mail. Keep an eye on your GCkey account. That's where we had our letter.

And you will receive medical request before AOR2.

2 weeks for us, but it can be longer than that. I wouldn't fret too much.
