KIND ATTENTION SENIORS
I did a big mistake while claiming 15 sibling points by updating my EE profile on 13th July, 2017 taking my score from 419 to 434 and which has resulted in an ITA in this draw of 433.
My brother with a Permanent Resident Status after getting PRTD had gone to Canada on 12th July and landed there on 12th july itself to permanently settle there.
While claiming sibling points by updating the profile, I simply couldn't notice the HELP sign ”? “ there along the column where it is clearly mentioned that the sibling must have been there in canada on both dates i.e. on date of submission of profile as well as on the submission of application for permanent residence. I had submitted/ recreated my EE profile on 25th June, 2017 when my brother was in India.
I had also applied for OINP nomination on 29th july, 2017. My application included copy of PRTD visa page of my brother’s passport, canada entry stamp, my brothers bank account statement , his old SIN number as a proof of his living there.
Kindly advise how to save the OINP application as well as misrepresentation if there is any.
Is it a solution that I decline the ITA immediately, make change to the EE entry profile by changing the sibling claim and reverting to the name of our maternal aunt( for 5 points of relative) who is also in canada and also by writing the whole story to OINP by email. My present concerns are-
- After declining the ITA, will I be able to make changes to my profile. I mean to remove the sibling from the RELATIVE section and revert my CRS from 434 to 419.Will the EE system allow to make the changes.
- Do I have to inform EE about this.
- Will e-mailing the OINP the whole story as described above adversely impact my nomination application or they will simply reduce my CRS to 419 and continue processing the application which was under ASSESSMENT stage 2 days back.
- Will there be any angle of misrepresentation left.
I do hope you will kindly think about my problem and provide me some proper solution.
