Hello everyone , do we need to send duplicate WES eca report as hard copy or an edelivery . As when I ordered the report I got standard delivery for oinp message . Please someone help here

Hi guys, is it true that PNP applicants get PPRs within longer periods than the others? If so, how long does it take approximately for a PNP applicant to get PPR these days?
