Seeking WES application Given Name, Middle Name and Last Name clarification..

I have a query related to WES account creation,
In my passport:
Given Name: MYNAME FATHER'SNAME
Surname: SURNAME

Now in WES application form there are 3 fields,
Given Name:
Middle Name:
Family Name:

What should I put here? Should I put FATHER'SNAME in Middle Name and Only MYNAME in Given Name or
MYNAME FATHER'SNAME in Given Name and leave Middle Name blank? ???

Thanks for your replies. I filled the form as follow and WES has accepted my form and verification is done now.

in WES application form there are 3 fields,
Given Name: FIRSTNAME FATHERNAME
Middle Name:
Family Name: SURNAME

I did this because when I was putting father's name in the middle even in WES account information it wasn't showing it in the full name.

I got following equivalency.
"Bachelor's degree (four years) and completion of an executive
management program offered by a graduate school of
business"

Now proceeding ahead..

Given name: Amitkumar Rameshchandra (First + Middle Name)

Now, on my WES report name is TRIVEDI, Amitkumar.

It doesn't include the middle name/father's name

Please help....Should I be concerned?

Guys, check you passport. The way it is in the pp, put exactlytge sane in wes. Ifin your pp, there is no option for middle name, then put 1st name: Xxx yyy and last name: zzz

Do u always use Rameshchandra as ur middle name or as 1st name? It shouldnt be any issue, but now onwards you ll hve to use rameshchandra as middle name and in most cases, it wont be printed on the document, only first & surname. If your previous docs got fullname printed, i would suggest to get it fixed

If you all want your full name to be printed on each document now and in future, dont use middle name. Else most likely your entire life in canada will be without ur middle nam

If middle name and father's name are the same in ur country, And you created the EE profile as stated, it wont be a problem. You did the right thing.

As you stated that you wrote RAMESHCHANDRA as middle name in EE profile, CIC will accept the wes report. In your EE profile they ll see the middle name Rameshchandra. They know very well that in most cases, middle name isnt printed.
