2014 Applicants, not yet received CSQ

My timeline as :

Submitting file : March 2014
File number : Sep 2014
Intention to rejection : August 2016
File updates sent : October 2016
Till now no changes happen ,,,,,

Resident at IRAQ
Nationality IRAQI

Civil Engineer

Hi,friends!! after the new immigration rules and changes in grid came I asked my agency if I will be affected but they told me it should not as my midi update was done last June 2016. And probably I would be in the preliminary stage.... After these I called midi they told me 12 months time period is needed from the time of update.. So I waited still no news... Now I tried to call midi but the previous number it has computer generated options and has no options to contact them for previous application enquiry... It only speak about student visa and French study program etc... Can anyone tell me how I can call midi... Also if anyone can provide the telephone number please......

Call this number +1 877 864-9191 and follow instructions.
It will take long time to connect, so better to try via skype or similar free calling VOIP apps

Timing as follows.

• Monday, tuesday, thursday and friday

I think u have applied via online. They will start processing online applicant only after paper applicants. (applications before 2015). If they start processing online, i hope that will be much faster than what is going on now.

Last modification made by MIDI on 8th March-2017 is on court for Review . Is it true?

Mine also same.... Waiting for preliminary review from December 12, 2016 onward , I called MIDI and they tell me I need to wait 12 Month maybe less maybe more . My question is that I do the online evaluation and it comes negative although I do complete all points , it tells that We need to have French !!!!!!
My question here is that the main reason we don't get CSQ , If I as a secondary applicant do take the TCF and get B2 in the Oral and send the test results shall that be of USE , Please help ??? I'm waiting from 2014 !!!!!!!!

I am in same situation Bro since September 2016 no updates or news regarding CSQ or intention to rejection letter .last time I spoke to MIDI they told me to keep patience as my case not yet reached to priliminary review and most probably treated acording to new point system.I am hoping might 2018 bring new rules which support our case.
