I totally understand your feeling, I was in Canada 5 years, only came home once. God know how much I gave up for all the issue regarding the hodling the job, applying the work permit, renewing WP, submitting the PR application, and the long long long waiting time, which make me so stressful and depression.

What is actually happening with CIC? First delay in AOR, then in Medical now in Back ground check plus one month to get passport back. I do not know about others but I am freaking out.

I think something wrong with cic, a lot of my friends stuck in btw
1frnd. Got call for ainp but didn't get anything it's been 5 weeks
2frnd. Applied through express entry, sent passport to visa office on July 05 after that nothing
3frnd . Applied through economic class April 01,216 applicant. Sent passport on July 11 ... nothing after that
4th frnd . Applied in June 2016 , no medical yet

I don't know ‍ what they are doing , it's so hard wait now . Cuz I applied ainp in April 2014
So it's been 3 years and 4 month in this process .

I think.cic will.update its processing time to 20 months as no body is getting ppr..
We should avoid the paper app
