Hello MED,
I need you opinion about this situation if possible:
I sent an Email to ontarionominee@ontario.ca two days ago informing them about my application 'other activities' section which I mistakenly forgot to fill in.
In my Email I provided the missing details, but up to now I haven't received any AOR from them confirming my Email.
In you opinion, should I proceed and send a follow up to them ?.
My application is in Assessment since July, 21, and I wonder why they didn't contact me about the missing details. because if they can tell these is a gap in the last 10 years as I didn't provide 'other activities' details before submitting my application.
I truly appreciate your help and your opinion about this matter.
Best Regards,
Wait for an additional week if they didnt come back to u or there is no change in status ...Send only one follow up mail but to both the mail you provided and this mail ExpressEntry@ontario.ca,placing ur file # in the subject ..then keep patient for their feedback and do not send any other mails after that...

Thank you MED for your valuable opinion.
I appreciate it.
By the way do yo have any idea why some applications don't move to the next stage.
For instance last week I noticed on myimmitracker some users' status of the same NOC as mine (2282) changing from Assessment to DIP, but mine is still in Assessment. Based on your experience could be a reason behind this, such as the CRS, as those users' CRS were higher than mine (mine is 315).
Thanks again for your help.
Best Regards,

Man i remained in submitted status for more than 3 weeks ! While others who submitted after me by 2 weeks were in DIP...
We do not know exactly what's in the background ..yet no its not CRS ALONE for ICT candidates
My Guess its a combination Between CRS,Age and NOC in a certain formula that we do not know ...others say its purely random.. others say there are certain aspects in the application that when they have doubts regarding them ....they take their time to verify in the background ...may be its just a mix of all these things .no one knows for sure...

Thanks for reply mate.
I assume you are saying that her IELTS score or band is not very important for her. since she is not primary applicant of PNP so might not assessed for minimum language requirement.
Yes. Only the principal applicants score is assessed but u need to include her as a dependent in ur application.

Hi anwar. I have a question when i was in US working as a Data warehouse developer I also invested in a business but my nephew use to manage it from 2012 aug to 2016 April and I sold that in 2016 in loss. I didn't mention this in EE nor in OINP but when i applied my temporary resident visa in 2014, I mention them about this business with business license and formation certificate. Now my question is if they check my previous documents and find that I own a business but didn't mention here is it going to cause any problems. Please let me know thanks
In my opinion, it is not needed because you were a sleeping partner in that business and you were doing it along with your job. Its something related to your financials which is not a requirement of OINP or EE. You can mention it in personnel history if you want to in eAPR.

I also emailed them this missing other activities but I did not get any AOR for that. I think this is not much important missing information.

Thank you anwar01.
I see what you mean, but I guess they still should update the file, because based on what I was told by BillHYAT, and iamxty, the other activies section should match after you get ITA and the one provided to OINP, because from what I understood , who knows the federal officer may check the data of the other activities section you provided to ONIP, and if something don't match GOD know what he or she may be thinking.
For instance in my case 8 months gap in other activities section is important.
By the way I provided a job contract for the 8 months job in the other activities section and not work history, would that be ok based on your experience ?. knowing that it's not my primary NOC for which I'm claiming points.
Best Regards,

For this missing info in OINP, you can write LOE while submitting eAPR that you forgot to fill this other activities column and later you emailed them. I think that would be enough.
If you were employed in those 8 months, you could provide that info in job history even you are not claiming points for that. Other activities are fot things besides job. You do not need to send any documents for the job you are not claiming points. Anyways its done now, OINP will email if they will be having any query regarding this issue.

Hi Friends,

Hope you are doing well. I have following queries. Your help is appreciated.

I got EOI, dated 29th June, 2017 from OINP HCP stream based on following job NOC and work history details mentioned in my express entry profile:

Primary Job NOC in Express Entry (EE) profile - 2281
Work history:
- Job NOC 2281 - 7+ years,
- Job NOC 2173 - 4+ years (current/latest job)

The same work history details were submitted in the OINP application. And OINP application didn't asked to specify Primary Job NOC.
Now that I have got nomination by OINP and the nomination certificate states my Job NOC and occupation as 2281 - Computer network technicians. This implies that once I receive ITA from CIC, I have to apply with primary job NOC 2281 (same as mentioned on OINP nomination certificate).

Question:

1. My recent work experience 4.2 years in last 5 years is in NOC 2173. Would it makes me ineligible in provincial or CIC work experience criteria which states to have minimum 1 year experience in last five years?

2. Is it possible to change the recent work experience NOC 2173 to NOC 2281 in my express entry profile now before ITA to take care of the above question, since 70% of roles and responsibilities meet according to my reference letter of recent job?

3. Would it be possible to request OINP to change my job occupation/NOC on the nomination certificate since both job NOCs fall in ICT and HCP stream?

4. If I reject EE ITA now, would my profile remain in the EE pool with additional 600 points increase due to OINP nomination?

What is the best way to handle this situation meeting eligibility criteria (s) for both OINP and EE? And avoid any misinterpretations which can lead to rejections by CIC?

Looking forward to your help asap.

Thanks!

Best regards,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I was also going through my temporary resident visa application from 2014 and found my employer accidently mention in a employment letter that i submitted at that time, that i was working for him from 2010 October to sep 2015 but which is not correct. I was working for him from 2009 October to sep 2015. But for OINP in the new employment letter the dates are fine October 2009. Does they will check my previous application documents submitted for temporary resident visa as i provided them UCI number in EE profile. Please let me know thanks

Better to write LOE on this matter because they have all the data of yours in their system from your past application, you can tell them it was a typo error which made 2009 to 2010 mistakenly.
