Kindly Help:Ready For visa Email

hello,
i have recieved an emial regarding the submission of my passport, THe Ready For Visa email.i had applied for my PR when i was in canada, currently i am back in Mumbai,India. i updated my indian Address as soon as came back. i received this email on the 1st of August, so my question is where is the indian visa office to which i have to send my passport,the annex a form and the photographs to? is it the delhi consolate office? Kindly Help. Thank you

If there is no Indian address written in the letter you can send your passport to, then you have to ask CIC to transfer your PPR to the local visa office which in your case maybe New Delhi Visa Office?

I did same thing to transfer mine to London VO and it took 12 calendar days to get a new PPR.

If your letter states to send letter to CPC ottawa reply to them and state you are in India and get your file trf to New delhi. You will tjen receive a revise email to send passport to new delhi.
When emailing them mention urgent in subject line and mention ur details in email body.

When your file gets trf, go to VFS canada at BKC Mumbai and submitt your passport. They charged me rs. 597/-
They take cash only.

so i have sent an email to CPC ottawa 2 days back. when do you think i can hear back from them? also so once i get the email i have to send my passport, the annex a form and my photographs in an envolope and send it to delhi or VFS in BKC? can i go and give these documnets in person?

You will hear very soon.
Go to bkc vfs in person and he requires only revised email and 2 photograph. No annexure A and INR 597. He will put in envelope and send to delhi. You have option to get delivery of passport at ur place or you can pick up from vfs BKC.
You will get all revised instructions in your new email
