Yeah Civic Holiday.

AFAIK, the Civic Holiday is a Regional Holiday of which CIC does not participate in. A simple Google search does the math for you. Just my 2 cents.

It has different names in different provinces. Its not a statutory holiday, but its mentioned that the federal government and it's agencies close during this holiday.

Yeah, all I meant by it is that employees may have taken time off so things may be slower
