No update yet. Bt cic agents are driving me crazy because their information never match. I called cic yesterday to check if they sent my file to local visa office and she said they already transferred it on march 31st. But i doubted because last month cic agent told me its still in mississauga, so i just called today just to check then agent told me file is still in mississauga and they received my schedule A today. So now i am not going to call cic anymore, i can't rely on their information
My file got delayed bacause of schedule A so i resubmitted that through web portal on july 10 and also mailed them after. As soon i get any update, i will post it here. Let me know if you get any update

it's true, I don't think they know much about the application. For sure I will post it if here something.

Hi I am feb 14, 2017 applicant.

Got SA on march 1.
They sent my wife schedule A request on april by mail which never reach the destination.

I called a couple of time and they said it's too earlier and we dont need document.

However they needed the schedule A from my wife that we never knew.

I ask my wife to send a request on the webform and they send her back the request by email on July 6.

With that email she can link her account to gckey.

On august 1, she receiced:
We are pleased to confirm the reception of the Schedule A - Background/Declaration Form (IMM 5669). We have forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration.

My main concern is what VO is this they are sending? Missisauga or Singapore?

They didn't ask for medical or police certificate yet. The status said:
Application status We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. Help
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Help
Review of medical results If you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you. Help
Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents. Help
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Help
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. Help
Background check Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check. Help
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision

What is my next step?

this is exactly what happened to me.. they never told me my VO.. and it seems a never ending wait now..
I applied in Feb end and sent the SA in March first week..
