The points I am getting from the Masters increased my points from 402 to 429 which is really big step for me.
In that case you could have waited for a direct ITA. You must have known that your CRS will increase to 429 after your ECA. But you have already put in CAD 1500 for OINP. Even 402 has given you NOI. And moreover, its your decision on which basis you want to be assessed, Bachelors or Masters. The main thing is you are not hiding anything from them. Its just that you want to be assessed on your Bachelor's degree rather than Masters degree. There is no concealment/misrepresentation of facts from your end. I would suggest if you have already put in 1500 bucks, then better wait for the results and get nomination and then subsequent ITA. Let others also have a say on this. So you think and decide.
