Application approved, but no approval letter.

Hello, I have applied online.

My Final decision status says "application was approved,send us the passport to finalize your application. Check your messages for details"

But I have not received any messages or emails regarding the same. VFS won't accept my passport without the approval letter. How to proceed?

Sometimes it takes upto 2 days to receive that letter.

Its been around 10 days. I reported it as a technical issue. Don't we need to submit the passport in 30 days after status change?

I am in the same situation, Please update if you get any response. One more thing ....do you have any specific mail id where you inquired.

No I don't have any email address. I reported this as a technical issue. Now only thing to do is wait and hope they issue an approval letter before the time runs out.

My technical issue is marked as read. I also got an email stating that there is no changes in my application. This is so confusing. I will PM you my phone number so that we can discuss this in real time.

Wait! U can even call the embassy. Firstly, u would have to tolerate some computer recordings but at least u will be connected to someone after sometime

I don't think we can call CIC from outside Canada. I tried calling New Delhi embassy, but they can't even understand what exactly the issue is. They keep simply cutting the line.

Email delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca. They will send you the approval letter in some days. Cheers!

Check below the table and click "check massage " you will see the letter you need to submit your passport within 30days

Same for me, I applied online as well. I didn't even get a notification in my email. I was just checking my account and I realized my application was approved and I got this in application details: "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details." But there's no message below. I hope is not a mistake because I got this approval in less than two weeks (when the processing times are more than that) and I REALLY hope this is not a technical issue or something like that.

Hopefully the approval letter takes just a few days to arrive.
