Hi Kriank, sorry for previous wrong post. Below is my application status. I have been stuck in this for two weeks. Together with the "your action is required" application details. I called CIC and emailed them in between, only got reply of being patient and waiting. Is there anything I can do? This gets me frustrated. Plus, I am a FSWO AOR on June 30th. Many tks.

You are in IP1 as of now, did you specifically asked that you have received the action is required update to CIC as it might mean you need to send some additional documents, did you receive any such e-mail for the same?

I cannot see my LOE submission under Optional Documents. Is this a glitch? Also, is it possible to generate a document that shows all the sent documents?

Yes it is not shown mostly and neither can you check all docs now after submission.
When your additional docs show "additional docs a uploaded" it will mean that they updated the LOE.

Many thanks for your reply, Kirank. First of all, I checked my email inbox and spam almost every two hours, no email at all. And before I called CIC, status of review of addition documents was "the additional documents you provided are being reviewed", which I believe was about the LOE I submitted during my AOR. After my call, status of review of addition documents changed to "uploaded".

Besides that, I was never asked or intentionally uploaded any ADR at all. I specifically asked the agent regarding ADR when I called CIC, and he said nothing more is required. I even visited my medical center, and they told me everything is ok.

I raised a tech issue report yesterday, have not received any reply yet. That's the last thing I can do, besides waiting....

Hi Kirank I have a question to ask... If my kids passport is expiring in first week of november.....And ppr comes before that then what should be the expiry date of visa issued on the his passport.....
Will it be till November or after six months or a year...

KiranK, I have a small question.

I have been in IP1 since July 20. I am currently residing in the US. I called and email CIC to confirm where my file was and was informed it is at Ottawa and this is where the final decision will be made.

Just want to know, did my file go to Sydney or not? Or has it not even been sent there ? Also, is the R10 check complete ? I have been told by many that status really doesn't mean anything and it's the file location that gives a better idea.

For me No of days from AOR to Medical Pass is 20 and from 20th July ,I am in NA2.

1. Can i say that my File is in Ottawa?
2. Now, chances of rejection is bleak? ( I have doubt about my PoF , which clarified by @KiranK)

The tracker is just a small representative group, and does not give you accurate picture as not all people post their timelines.

Giving you a speculation as to where you file is not fair and anyone doing that is just making an assumption. Instead you should contact IRCC and ask, or else order GCMS notes.

The PoF is evaluated during eligibility, which takes 30-60 days post AoR.

Only after the eligibility is passed, are you out of the woods and the chances of rejection go down next to zero.
