How about my case !! My Medical expired already on Jun, 2017 !!

@Hasan2016 , bro, as JMZ said, I strongly believe that CIC will extend your medical for 1 more year since they expired before you get the PPR.
Hopefully you will get at least 6 months visa validity to land, I don't think it will be less.

16 days in total , i received my passport and confiramtion of permenant residence and personal pictures for me and my family that was submitted with the application for FS they returned back .

For me it took 2 weeks

I JUST GOT UPDATED ON MYCIC SAYING THAT MY APPLICATION WAS APPROVED, AND EXPIRY DATE OF MY VISA IS MENTIONED AS OF JULY 2018.
I GUESS I WILL GET IT TODAY BACK.
