Oh dear God, whole 15 pages with so many warm wishes and a lot of joy in your faces, I used to say (you tortured me to read all :p) now I was so pleased and got so many wishes from you all, thank you very much again for everyone for every single wish, hope we all get our ITAs soon and meet in Canada next year. I almost forgot, my boy is doing great and my brave wife is so happy to have your warm welcome messages.

Hope @andieangel is having a wonderful party for her daughter's birthday :)

Now for tomorrow, hope we will have another surprise and continue our party in the next ROH (69th), my prediction: CRS 428 (+-3) with 3700 ITAs.
As you see, I'm always positive and have been nominated as your Light Knight :p:D That's why I may order you (of course with the permission of our Grace @andieangel) to be positive and hopeful during all day, because there will be many ITAs, so get ready your documents my dear friends :);)

I'm so jealous of Canada, coz there will be so many positive and hard worker and family lovers and more experienced people, so the country will surely be richer than before ;)

Note: Thank you once again for your joyful messages and I'm getting fat because of so many wishes which help me to regain my weight that I lost btw home and hospital :D:p
You're so cute! Like a little teddy bear! :) mrhm I mean Light Knight! :D So glad you're here wih us!

And regarding a birthday party we will celebrate it on Saturday with BBQ, and as I said to everyone here, next year in Canada you're all invited! Bring your cute family with you! :)

There are a number of Tim Horton's restaurants in western upstate New York close to the Canada border. I had forgotten that it's actually a Canadian chain. The food is ok, more of a good place to get together to eat with friends. We all should meet up at a Tim Horton's next year when we're in Canada. I still have $5 in Tim Horton's gift certificates from when I lived upstate. I'll have to check if they can be used in Canada.
I'm in! Cool! Thanks for explaining it to me @trumprefugee! :) Another get together after Yukon party! :D

I am sure there are great analytical brains here and I need some assistance to understand the CRS cuttoffs.
As per the breakdown on July 6th
601-1200 199
451-600 764
441-450 1,008

Cut off at 440 for 3202 applications.
Considering that there were quite a few applications in that space of 5 days until the draw, it still means that there were nearly 600+ applicants with a score of 440.

This then means that 431-440 which stood at 1576 applicants would have flushed out these heavy 440'ers. Leaving less than 800-1000 applicants there.

My pea brain (and the hopeful heart) tells me that next cutoff during the draw tomorrow should still be close to 430 +/- 3
And your pea brain is right! ;)

We will need to have get togethers on a regular basis, after and maybe even before the Yukon party.

And thanks for the invitation. I would love to meet you and your daughter and everyone else at her birthday BBQ next year. :)

I agree with your method, but considering 3 weeks gap and reducing number of invitation sent. I would say the crs could go as low as 435 but unlikely to hit 430. There was a gap between Mar.1 and Mar.24, the score was 434 to 441 and there were 3700+ invites at that time.
Anyhow, it would all depend on how many invits they gonna send, if it's around 3500, it would be 435 +/-3 ; if it's 3000, then I would say 440+/- 3.

P.s I personally think that they are trying to reduce the number of drawings as the target for 2017 is running out....(70k in total, 50k spent in the first half of the year) But, eventually the score will go down when they start to use the quota for next year (I think the benchmark is 410) , maybe end of the year or 2018...
pls share if you know some people got ITA even under 430 CRS last draw!!
is it true?

What's with Tim Hortons? @pessacanada also mentioned it, please enlighten me! :) I want to go too! :D
Do not worry Andie, we will go there, the coffee of Tim Hortons is one of the best in Canada! Hope we will organize a discussion of exchanging news at Tim Hortons :)

Plz CIC more ITAs for us on Wednesday, hopefully from this month, the number of ITAs will increase gradually ;)

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/ray-of-hope-67th-draw.503277/page-286

After 04 weeks on 22nd June and comparison breakdown 2 weeks later on 06th June

There was an increase of only 494 applicants in the CRS category 431-440.

So this still brings a lot of excitement in my pea brain for a score expectation closer to 430 +/- 3.
However number of ITA will be a huge factor.

I would say you summed it up pretty well mate. Although i have to say, i am not still as active as i was before my IELTS. Strange enough, due to intense reading during practice, i got into a habit of reading and to my surprise i like it. Couldn't bother reading 1-2 pages, now i am reading 600 page long biography lol. Petite welcome to you too. I believe you would want to mention @shaun75, he is now integral part of our community :) Oh and if you missed one of his posts, he has encouraged to write about your primary reason(s) to wanting to immigrate to Canada ;)
Awwwww. You almost bought a tear to my eye..... but it must have just been a bit of dirt, cause I'm manly like that!

it's awesome to see someone setting out for his dream so early.....feels happy & proud of you...:).......
at 23 I too had this dream....but those days Canada had a tough immigration regime and I was scared to spend on another education...I was doubtful....:(...
but I'm happy Almighty brought it close to me when it had moved so away from me.....
Good job mqamar ....I'm sure you'll scale great height with such clarity & determination on ur dreams...:)......
and I'm proud of the ones too who are a bit late with the 'numbers' like me....no dream is far off if we try hard & keep young at heart....staying resolute at the time when there are a million things at home to worry about & manage...
everyone fights different battles....:(.....
All the best to all on their dreams.....:)...hope to share sometime with you all one day, quite soon :p....
Wow 23 and following his dream! Don't you dare give up on it or I'll hunt you down. When I was 23 I had an offer to do an MBA in Waterloo, Ontario. Instead I decided against it and did one in Belfast instead. Worst move of my entire life. Know who's where I would be now if I had done the MBA in Canada. Oh wait, yes I know where I would be.

So don't you dare give up on this dream or I will hunt you down. You older folk like @lino82 - I'll hunt you down too if you give up and you're slower and easier to catch.

Thank you so much :)

I want to get into UWaterloo for a graduate degree in Computer Science. But the competition is really hard. I'll try my best. UWaterloo was always the dream. :)

My elder brother always insisted that student life is hard and its difficult to find a job early after graduation if you dont have work exp so I stayed back in India and decided to apply for PR. Getting a CLB 9 was a big relief. I hope everything happens smoothly from here on.

Thanks for all the wishes mate. I hope to meet you in person in canada. And also @lino82 maybe we can argue over something while sipping coffee at Tim Hortons ;)
Hey another Waterloo buddy! We could be neighbours. I went to Laurier and lived with a lot of UWaterloo students. The Computer Science degrees there are second to none. It's a fabulous place to be in IT. And next year it'll be even better when we move in. Just make sure you keep the noise down. Some of us have to get up for work. Damn students.
