Today GC key status of "Review of additional documents" changed from "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded“ to "We do not need additional documents".

No medical request or background check yet. is that normal!

Sorry, It would be "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded" instead of "We need additional documents to process your application" in the original post! Updated my post.

I have uploaded PCC and Scd A a while ago and they updated the status at that time from "We need additional documents to process your application" to "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded"

Some people were seeing the "We need additional documents to process your application" message due to a system glitch. It could be that they have fixed it and that's why you're seeing "We do not need additional documents".

My file was received to CIC Mississauga on 22nd March 2017. Sponsorship Approval on 21st April 2017. Medical Submitted on 27th April 2017. Supplementary Travel Form submitted on 25th May 2017. PCC upfront. On ECAS it is still saying APPLICATION received. My file is still in Mississauga. Can anybody help me, why my file is still in Mississauga even everything is provided and when it will transferred to London Visa Office?

Really hoping it's the last step. I got the AOR2 today from LVO so not sure what's going on, BGC started before app got transfered.

"This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to the visa office in London for further processing."

It is possible that Mississauga did your eligibility and once file was transferred LVO started working on BGC right away? I heard that Mississauga was doing a lot of the work in-house before sending the files off to VOs. Lets hope that is the case, could mean a DM for in a matter of weeks now

Hey everyone, I just noticed that the same email requesting pcc had also indicated the below paragraph...

"We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada and have created a file with the file number indicated above. Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office."

...so is this email also AOR2???

It's directly the AOR2 but not quite. That's the Mississauga office letting you know it's been transferred to your VO. The AOR2 is another email from the VO notifying you that they received your application and have started working on it. Some VO send it some don't.

I would suggest calling them to inquire if you're worried. It seems that a lot of applicants having theirs stay in Mississauga for longer (supposedly taking the workload off the VOs).

keep checking, they will either send you an email and a pdf letter in your MyCIC account, or its just a glitch in their system. Lots of people have been seeing this message but CIC, MPs all have confirmed its nothing.
