Thanks for the reply. I found a total of nine errors. Another big blunder that the consultant has done is showing my highest qualification as Bachelor's degree whereas in fact it is "two or more certificates, degrees, or diplomas." For one PG diploma I have ECA done from WES but the consultant has marked it as no. For my Postgraduate I have been awarded one-year PG diploma by WES, my consultant has marked it as a bachelors degree. Please tell me the recourse to this. I am very worried.

Your consultant has totally screwed up the things. Now, first step is to take your file back from him. I mean ask him to provide you the ONe-key username and password. Second step, tell your consultant you just fired him! Third step write a detailed e-mail to Ontario guys and tell them everything about it. If you delay this they might as well reject your application for so many errors. Tell them everything no matter small or big. Attach documentary evidence to support your assertions in the mail. Now that after submission you cannot make any changes in your application, you have only one remedy and that is e-mail. Do it before they pick up your application and your status changes to assessment. All the best dude!!Friends,

Thanks buddy. My cunning consultant has selected "No" for the question whether anyone is assisting you. So the onus is now on me. Will a simple email do or as per the rule should I fill up the PDF form and send it as an attachment? I didn't get a chance to verify that the documents are correctly uploaded. I hope they are. My documents are in order, only the data entry by the consultant is wrong. Will OINP be considerate and give me a chance to correct this?

One more thing please, While making payment to WES in my account, I find that in my orders on 16th June, 2016,there are two recipients one myself and second IRCC ( Electronic copy).
Further for present request the first option is YOU. Which obviously I have said NO, Second recipient they have put IRCC by default with two options EDIT/ DELETE. Third recipient I have filled “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, File No.“
My question is should I delete IRCC as recipient this time. and request for OINP only or let it go to IRCC also. What did you do, delete IRCC as recipient or not. How much did you pay.
Hi, guys, I have been nominated through OINP Master Stream Program and I applied in Canada. I have some questions about my application status. After I received Application # and UCI, it has been 4 months past I have not got further infor, No medical exam notice, No interview needed. Do you guys think it is normal? Anyone has some ideas?

Due to errors in the OINP application by the consultant, I would want to withdraw and resubmit a new application. Is this possible after the payment has been done?

You can get a refund if the status is still Submitted, however, you may not be able to create a new application since HCP is already closed.
