HI guys ,I applied for super visa for my mom 1'st July online.5 July they asked for medical , which I did on 10th after that no update ?Any idea how long does it take medical to update?

My mother applied for supervisa on April 24th 2017,
Medical has been done
VFS jalandher took her passport on June 13th
I still didn't get anything back yet. every time i call VFS customer service they say its in process. I sent an email to cic no reply yet.
don't know what to do?
I am so stressed out now.

I applied on line for my mother in law on June 4, medical done on July 1, today medical status changed to medical passed. any body has any idea after how much time. she will get passport request. VO is Chandigarh
