Reveived 606 Initial TB investigation after Medical Exam upload.

in the mail said:
1. Repeat PA X-ray in or after 3month.
2. Sputum smears and TB cultures are required. Must be taken on 3 consercutive days and incubated for 6-8weeks.

Doctor said I am 99.9% okey form the X-ray, still have 0.01% chance that i am infective with tuberculosis. Canada is very strict on TB exam, that' s why i need to re-exam. I am quite positive with the re-testing result when it comes, but I am worries the process time .

Is there anyone have this expericence? or anyone can helo me answer my question down below:
Of course, I have to wait untill the result come back and retake the X-ray(3month), and my medical will not show passed on my application.

Q1: Is the Schedule A will pass in the mean time?
Q2: I haven't received the request of crimial check, would that be process in the mean time?
Q3: Within this 3 months, if my Schedule A and Criminal check paseed, the visa office will just wait for my medical result came back and make a decission. Right?
Q4: My guess is my file is still in Mississagua, will they wait for my medcial result then transfer all my files include(medcial，schedule a & PPC） to visa office?

I am the sponsor. Do you know what that means ? I was expecting medical email ?

If you are the sponsor then that means that a decision has been made on your eligibility to be a sponsor. 9 out of 10 times its means you have been approved to be a sponsor. Rarely do sponsors get rejected, unless in exceptional cases. You should receive an email later today. This will be the Sponsor Approval letter.

Not sure how the lawyer will do it but in my case I can't link the application from both sides the PA and me as sponsership. Note that I sign a representative form as well. And both of us ecas showing applucation received.

I submitted that authorized representative form too and I (sponsor) get all emails now.. I have used my own GCKey Account but filled out PA's details while linking the Account. It works fine and keeping only 1 email for both PA and Sponsor makes everyone's life easy and less confusing for this CIC people...!!!

hello guys,
1. while filling out education history in schedule A form, how should we write number of years of school. My wife studied in india from class 1 to class 12. after that 3 years of college degree. its total 15 years but how to break it down primary? secondary ? university? other post sec?can any one suggest?? Also her address where she lives is the one with V.P.O without street name and number but on the form says no P.O address should be used. any suggestions on this ??Thanks
2. SCHEDULE A does not have the option to write the state/province. is it ok to send it anyways without writing state ??

1. Primary: Standard 1-7 so put 7
Secondary: Standard 8-10, Post Secondary : Standard 11-12, so put 5
University: 3
Trade: 0

Not sure about address.. Check cic guide on website if there is any info...!!

2. You do not have to write State.. It's Grey Out..!!

I just called the customer service to find any update on my application as I did not receive an AOR. She mentioned that Mississauga office is still working on Jun 6th applications.

Just now I got connected to CIC. My concern was file number. As I have sponsored my wife. Our file reached cic on 20th June 2017.
Agent told me if your wife is in your home country then process is different.
And now currently we are reviewing the application which are recieved on 6th june 2017.

When you click on "View Submitted Applications", it says Digital Photo (Required). Even people in May group have received it and I figured they have uploaded digital copy with instructions given next to upload button, which reads as under:

"Frame size

• The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm.
• The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.
• The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.
• Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.

Quality/resolution
If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.
File format

• The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
• The final size of the image should ideally be 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.
• The image must be in colour (24 bits per pixel) in RGB colour space, which is the common output for most digital cameras."

They haven't asked about studio at all.

However, the guide we are following from pdf document is the one which we initially follow when we send original photos with application. In both case, the size of the head, from chin to crown must be between 31mm to 36 mm. And I guess, that's what they need..!!

May applicants' files have been transferred to VO, who uploaded digital copies.. :| I am still waiting for answer from one of those persons.

I sent application on Jun 12th and received AOR on July 14th. I enclosed SCHA and PCC with my original application, so only expecting medical request.

Hold your Beer man...!! I received SA approval on July 7, 2017 and haven't received PCC/Schedule request yet.
I called CIC and agent looked through my file.
He asked his Senior Advisor, and that Senior Advisor asked his Senior Advisor and after brief hold of 15 Minutes, he said they supposed to send PCC, Schedule A request just after SA, but they missed it or messed the order. It supposed to be sent in group. So, he wrote the note and send the request to authorized department who sends out emails. He said it may still take more than a week to get it. So, just wait till I receive the request. He said no need to send it via webform.

So, you should wait as well but if you have time, then call CIC on Monday and talked to agent. But, you have to be authorized representative of PA.
They are very helpful. They tell you as much as they can, and answer all our stupid questions.

Thanks for that info. I got my SCH A & PCC request yesterday. I see you got yours yesterday as well. Lets keep it going!!

My husband sponsored me on 9th June ND it was received by R. Mahmood. Don't know what he doing with our application.
