No, it doesn't contain names and passport numbers of dependents.

It just contains the main applicant's name and current address, date of birth, nomination certificate number and issue and expiry dates, EE profile number, job seeker validation code and NOC.

I have been working in the same company since the past 10 years...and I don't have a payslip for my first month as they didn't have any system in place 10 years back at my company...the mode of payment was cash in hand.....Is producing the first payslip mandatory??? Please help!

Hi,

I also heard this, confirmed from many places, but unfortunately EPF is not considered as PoF.
One of my friend have been to CA recently, he faced same issue. EPF is not used as PoF.

you can take money from your father/mother as a gift deed and create an Affidavit for it stating account numbers , ID card numbers and all other relative stuff, dont forget to get it Notarized

Till now the last reported change from submitted to assessment was on the 13th ...yet not all of them or even most of them experienced that including myself ...

on 19th and 20th July total 11 candidates status changed to assessment. The latest change was for candidate submitted on 13th July 2017.

1. Affidavit of Gift Deed;
2. Attested Letter of Change of Name for a previous company;
3. Affidavit for no name in the Birth Certificate.

Do I have to write and explain all this in LOE. And where should I upload the LOE? Thanks for your continued assistance. Seniors kindly advise.

Kindly suggest where to upload the following documents:

- Settlement Funds, together with the bank statement/certificate

2. Attested Letter of Change of Name for a previous company;
- Work History, with the Reference letter for that company. You can put a page separator for the reference letter and the change of company name.

3. Affidavit for no name in the Birth Certificate.
- Birth Certificate
