My husband is currently working in dubai and needs to get a Qatar pcc. Due to the current political situation all Qatar embassies are closed in UAE. Any idea how could he get the PCC. Thanx in advance

Congratulations!

Yes, it's 90 days. The change from 60 days was brought about in November last year. Guess some of their documents haven't been updated since then.

If in case everything goes well, for ITA, would IRCC need the WES access? Would this save time ordering another for IRCC?

If IRCC doesnt need it at all, I better get a refund as well...

When you applied WES for the first time, it automatically sends your report to IRCC.

Its not that IRCC doesnt need your ECA document.

But when you order a duplicate report, it sends the report again to IRCC for which you need to ask for a refund of 33.90 CAD

My facts:-

NOC: 0213
CRS: 419
NOI Received : 9th June
File submitted : 26th June
Assessment : 28th June
Missing Information Letter1 (Complete passport pages + Resume): 30th June(Submitted same day)
Missing Information Letter2 (ECA Copy): 5th July (WES submitted on 6th July)

Decision in Progress: 7th July

Had the following questions for the forum members.

1. Is Nomination slighly delayed in my case. Some other forum members received nomination in a week or 10 days after DIP.

2. Is acceptance of procedural fairness letter precondition for getting nomination. I believe some foum members received nomination w/o this step.

3. What are the reasons for the time duration between DIP and nomination. Is NOC code an important element in this process

My CASE :
NOI Received : 12th May
File submitted : 20th June
Assessment : 22nd June
ADR1: 22nd June ( Complete passport pages + Resume )
Documents Submitted : 22nd June (within few hours)
AOR1 : 22nd June (within few hours)
ADR2 : 25th June ( ECA from WES directly )
Documents submitted : 25th June (within few hours)
AOR2 : No acknowledgement

I think we are in a similar position. Still waiting for nomination

Hi all,

As I understand it.

ADR (additional document request) is done via e-mail.
And you have to submit the additional documents via e-mail reply.
(Anyone correct me here is I have something wrong?)

How do you know if they have received your submitted e-mail documents?
Does OINP send you a AOR (acknowledgment of receipt) on the back of the submitted documents?

Status still shows assessment through all of this?

You don't need to upload the duplicate report. Once you went through the WES website , there would be a option to send a duplicate certificate directly to OINP.
Members in forum follows the step

s1: They register the application and upload all the documents. Post to that, you will be provided application number.
s2: Login WES and order the duplicate copy it will charge you 71$, Note: fill your application number in the"attention to" filed.
s3: Save the payment for your own use. Even after sending if the officer comes back and ask for the duplicate report ,you can send them the saved receipt stating, report already sent.
