Have found this webform http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1311&top=23 to use. Will wait till next week and try to make contact too.

So according to members on another forum (BritishExpats) its not unusual for the upload section to not appear and for the system to not update your application properly.

The advice is to send everything via post and a note explaining that the online system have an upload section. (photos, photocopy of the bio page of your passport , and a copy of the PPR email with the end bit filled in (eye colour etc)).

I'm going to drop mine off Monday, if they don't accept it I'll post it in the closest post box.

edit: its not necessary to raise the technical fault but I think its a good idea if we both do, maybe they#ll actually fix it.

Most probably. But with it still being in Sydney, probably PPR in the next two to three weeks. Not planning to land until Dec or Jan so no rush. You guys with speedy PPRs all got Ottawa processing your files so the quick timelines.

Ottawa is efficient, Sydney isn't. It is evident in correspondences we have with them. Ottawa always gets back to you via email, sometimes as fast as within a day. I have never received a response from Sydney visa office.

Alright so I got a chance to speak with the CIC call center and first let me acknowledge that the lady attended my call was very professional, humble and supportive. Kudos to her ...
After collecting the basic information, she confirmed that my application is currently with London VISA office. Regarding the processing status she said, your criminality check is already completed and eligibility and security are remaining. I asked her what could be the reason that I haven't received the RPRF yet? she said there is no specific point where we can say that RPRF will be triggered. It all depends on officer. That is all she had to tell me.

I have heard that London VO is famous to slow processing probably because of the load. I hope and pray that everything will process normally. Fingers crossed ..

I'm at 60 days post-AOR (May 22) and still no medicals passed

I'm FSW-O from Costa Rica. Only 1 dependent (my wife).

Anyone else with a similar timeline?

Under my cic account under final decision it still says "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."
Does it just take a while for them to update the final decision to approve?
