Hi Harpreet,

For resolving your query 1:
1. If you do not have birth certificate: Then you should have Non Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC). You may google it.
2. If you have the birth certificate and Name is not mentioned on it: Simply get an affidavit stating that the certificate (mentioning date, certificate number, you parents name etc) belong to you.
3. If you have Birth Certificate and Name is mentioned on it: Good to go ahead with your process.

For resolving your query 2:
It is expected that you have the liquid funds, which are either savings or Fixed Deposits.
PF is not considered as PoF.
You should have the funds being reported by the bank on letter head along with stamp and Bank official signature.

I also heard this, confirmed from many places, but unfortunately EPF is not considered as PoF.
One of my friend have been to CA recently, he faced same issue. EPF is not used as PoF.

Hi All, Can you please guide me relating to below points:

1. How much time is being taken for the OINP application to get processed/intimation whether 600 points are being given or not after application is submitted on OINP portal
2. Is there a fixed quota/target for the PNP which OINP has to achieve, is it based on first come first served basis for applicants, for those who apply late and if the quota has already been met, will their applications be rejected or will they be considered for OINP in 2018

==> No thumb rule.. seen in just 5 days to more than 20 days..

2. Is there a fixed quota/target for the PNP which OINP has to achieve, is it based on first come first served basis for applicants, for those who apply late and if the quota has already been met, will their applications be rejected or will they be considered for OINP in 2018

I noticed several people getting invites/nomination from OINP. I haven't received anything yet.My doubt is should i recreate my profile? Or will I be getting f an invite soon Thank you

NOI Received : 9th June
File submitted : 26th June
Assessment : 28th June
Missing Information Letter1 (Complete passport pages + Resume): 30th June(Submitted same day)
Missing Information Letter2 (ECA Copy): 5th July (WES submitted on 6th July)

Decision in Progress: 7th July

Had the following questions for the forum members.

1. Is Nomination slighly delayed in my case. Some other forum members received nomination in a week or 10 days after DIP.

2. Is acceptance of procedural fairness letter precondition for getting nomination. I believe some foum members received nomination w/o this step.

3. What are the reasons for the time duration between DIP and nomination. Is NOC code an important element in this process.

My sibling created a profile, details are mentioned below -

CRS - 388
NOC -2174
July 10, 2017 - EE created.
July 17, 2017 - Modified profile by selecting Ontario as Intended province to live in.

No NOI yet. I would appreciate if somebody could answer following questions of mine -

1. Did anyone with NOC 2174 receive NOI yet?
2. Are NOI's sent every 15 days like EE draw or is it everyday?
3. How many NOI's per occupation?
4. Is there a cap of NOI's per NOC occupation?
5. Has OINP stopped issuing NOI's?
