Does it really matter who LINKS the application? Sponsor or PA?

nope... i linked it and im the sponsor.. we both get notifications as i am the rep as well

How did you submit your Schedule A and PCC through your online account BEFORE CIC requested it? How is that possible? The upload button wouldn't even be there before getting the formal request from CIC, right?

Also, when did you apply? That way we can tell if your husband not receiving his SA is still within the normal timeframe or not.

probably webform... or could have been upfront.. MANY different ways...

Thank you @starnaenae. I(sponsor) received SA on July 10 and that email read PA(same email as the sponsor) will receive another email to submit SCH A. Its been 10 business days and haven't heard anything.

just wait. you will get the email. don't rush the process. it will sit in the webform as i have heard it's backlogged. i sent an inquiry in the beginning of june and received a reply just now. so just wait. you will get the email. i received the medical before the sch a and pcc request. and they sent the PA an email that sch a and pcc request will be sent first. so, just wait!

They emailed me to send our Schedule A and police certificate. I sent it by my online account.

Start of application : july 8 2017
Request of docs : july 17 2017
Sent my doc : july 21 2017

No SA yet we dont know if my husband is approved or not.

use this method to link application. It worked for me.

1. choose application # and Family name
2. Do not fill place of birth and county of birth leave both of them blank not even a space.
3. Fill passport information
4.fill the last part as in your application
5. # of applicants =2
PS: make sure that number of applicants is correct. If it's just the PA, then number will be 2 including sponsor. If there is any dependant increase the count accordingly.

Ya same here. I got the SA email and the same day medical request. Still waiting for PA to receive the SCH A & PCC request email. @AHC how many day after SA did PA receive the schedule A request email?

June 3rd: mail sent by courier.
June 6th: mail received in mail room by Dave
July 11: request to link the app...once linked request to send schedule A...
July 20: SA letter in email

Eventhough I uploaded Schedule A using cic account; now its asking me to load a replacement...it says replacement needed...what does it mean? Your advices please.

Oh. Don't worry at all. Your application is ABSOLUTELY with the NORMAL timeframe. For reference, my application was received June 9, 2017. I got my Schedule A & PCC request on July 10 and my spouse just got his SA last night. Check out the spreadsheet to get a very general idea of where the CIC is. Only worry when you are wayyyy behind the normal timeframe.

you can do both!!! i ALWAYS submit more than 1 way so that they cant say they never received it!!!
