Nope. I don't think this is how I understand the assessment based on A11.2.Not only our age, all the information we provided in the profile is locked once we receive ITA. That's the reason I assume , expiration of certificates are not problem until we receive ITA.
Also, let's say my certificate will expire by the end of this week. If am creating a profile today that means am not using expired certificate to enter into the pool. Means am not fooling CIC with my IELTS details.
But if you withdraw the profile for any reason and resubmit a new profile next week, here you are using your already expired certificate, which means my profile won't be considered.
The validity of the profile should coincide with the time you create your profile.
Any members, if feel my comment are not correct are welcome to share their suggestions. It might help someone .
If an applicant’s situation changes in the time between when they receive an ITA and when they submit their e-APR to such a degree that their qualifications fall below the MEC, the application must be refused under section A11.2. The officer must also consider whether the application should be refused for not meeting the minimum requirements of the federal program to which they are applying or for misrepresentation.
When an applicant submits an e-APR to IRCC, the information in their application is locked, and their CRS score at the time of their application is recorded in GCMS.
Only the age is exempted to this rule. The MEC includes your IELTS, PCC, medical exam. You must ensure these are all valid (meaning, not expired) before submitting your eAPR.
