Me too I can't login to ECAS using my RPRF receipt!!!

I ahve also the same thing
I submitted the rprf receipt via email and on mycic account back in march ( end of march ), and till now it is not linked

On the GCms which i had requested it after that , my email was only mentioned in notes section and beside it they wrote ( receive email from applicant regarding documents , forwarded to ......officer code ..,, )

I paid fees in advance at the time of submission of files to CIC. Receipt (hard copy) i enclosed with the application in 2015....

Did you try applying the GCMS notes?

I tried but i never got GCMS notes but instead, i got one email from CIC that they checked from the concerned office and they told me that "everything is in order"...

After that, i log in case specific inquiry from Abu Dhabi Visa office and they said that "they are conducting certain background verifications"

Good news ADVO mates.. just checked the status of our passport and it was already dispatched in Canadian embassy Poland hoping that it will arrive in Qatar by Monday.. our status in Mycic have changed to: Our application was approved. God is Great..

Yes it is.. CVAC Qatar, mentioned that because of that issue, our passport was submitted in Poland.. I guess they are fast since it took them almost 2 weeks for the stamping of visa..maybe they are not that too busy unlike ADVo
